Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Syncos Solutions' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance.

IT Services

Syncos Solutions provides comprehensive IT services including but not limited to web and mobile development, DevOps automation, cloud infrastructure management, security consulting, system integration and technical support.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You will not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive or illegal content.

Data Backup

While we implement robust backup systems, you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data and systems.

Billing

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Refunds

Refund policies vary by service type and will be detailed in your specific service agreement. Custom development work is generally non-refundable once commenced.

Our IP Rights

All content, features and functionality of our services are owned by Syncos Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Client IP Rights

You retain ownership of your data and any intellectual property you provide to us. We will not use your proprietary information for any purpose other than providing our services.

Custom Development

For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership will be explicitly defined in the project agreement before work begins.

Warranties & Liability

• Our services are provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of specific results or continuous availability.
• Syncos Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
